For some reason Equifax is telling me that my social security number does not exist and I cannot get my credit report from them but Trans Union and Experian both have my information and can pull my credit report. I have tried speaking with Equifax and the csr continuously tells me that my ssn does not exist and a supervisor is never available. What can I do?

Hi Lazaro Corona Peña - this looks like an email phishing scam to me.

Reread the first paragraph in the article above - there is no such company as the Federal Credit Bureau.

Maybe english in your part of the world is different then in my part but your complaint states that you are being garnished $1900.00 per month by a collection agency and all you owe is $ 200.00 to ATT.........................

So if that is true then call ATT customer service and let them solve the mystery and go to your local Justice of the Peace Court and file against the Collection agency ((Get them in a court room before a judge))) and hire a lawyer and sue the Collection agenct but if you owe 200.00 and just $200.00 then why is the collection agency still garnishing your Wages .. You should have been cleared up before you ever had a collection agency take your moneys to begin with .

I don't think ATT would ever get a collection agency to bother with a overdue bill when they have their own collectiors
